ABOUT LINDSEY

Philosophy and Beliefs

Recognizing that inaction or lack of movement in any realm is akin to stagnation or even death, Lindsey believes in one’s innate capacity for infinite healing, growth, and awakening through experiences. In human existence, lack of movement often manifests energetically as illness, injury, feeling stuck, looping in negative patterns, heartbreak, loss of self, insecure attachments, and a lack of purpose.  Ultimately, it can lead to suffering, not living in your true nature, and not playing full out in this human experience.

Body Wisdom

Lindsey began developing her proficiency in body wisdom at an early age, training under a professional powerlifter at age thirteen, participating in sports throughout her life, and maintaining a consistent yoga practice since 2012. Her curiosity and love for movement persisted, leading her to pursue a doctorate in physical therapy and engage in diverse work experiences in hospitality, education, and healthcare.

Professional Evolution

Lindsey’s role as a physical therapist has been to hold space, to guide, and to coach those along their healing journey. Reflectively, her work was less about ‘fixing’ the physical concern and more about addressing stuck points in the mind to allow the body to heal.  Guided by what seemed to be universal direction, she began exploring the field of consciousness and mindfulness, working with therapists, spiritual guides, plant medicines, mentors, and life coaches.  This journey led her to cultivate practices that compliment her extensive body knowledge and physical practices.

Mind-Body Connection and Consciousness

Through her studies of consciousness, Lindsey has learned that we are only subject to what we hold in the mind, and that consciousness creates the body. It is the vessel that encapsulates the very essence of your soul in this lifetime. As a profound storyteller and wisdom keeper, the body never lies, always revealing the intricate tapestry of the beliefs held in the mind, consciously or unconsciously. Lindsey is endlessly inspired, curious, and committed to learning how humans, nature, and the universe are inextricably connected.  She explores and studies the capabilities of human consciousness, the mind-body connection, and how micro and macro changes within our internal and external environment ultimately create transformation within our lives.

Personal Transformation Journey

Lindsey’s midwestern roots shaped her early life, where she formed dysfunctional attachment patterns, struggled to develop a healthy sense of self, and simply performed to meet the expectations of others.  At sixteen, uncovering family infidelity led her down a path of living in survival mode for nearly two decades, leading to toxic behaviors and relationships.  Traditional healing methods, like therapy and utilizing pharmaceuticals, unintentionally suppressed her true self even further.  While she achieved societal milestones - earning multiple degrees, buying a home, grinding in the 9-5 world, and getting engaged - Lindsey felt uninspired, lost, dreamless, and trapped in toxic cycles.

The traumatic collapse of her engagement in 2022 ignited Lindsey’s awakening.  Facing intense grief and passing suicidal thoughts, she struggled to regulate her nervous system and relied on family and friends for support.  Lindsey chose to move away from therapy and medications and started working with non-traditional coaches and healers, progressing to make the unconscious become conscious.  She embraced radical self-responsibility, discovering her own limitless potential to heal and create.  Sourcing from inner grit and a new sense of a higher power, she unrelentingly forged a path forward, practicing unconditional love for self, rewiring negative traits, and detaching from scarcity, fear, and victimhood.

Lindsey’s transformational inner work has led her to make some bold moves in a short time frame to cultivate living a life aligned with her newfound values.  She turned down a full ride to a top 20 MBA program that did not fully resonate with her heart’s desires, healed her toxic relationship with alcohol, attracted healthy and awe-inspiring friendships, and drastically improved her relationship to self and how she interacts with the world.  Lindsey deepened her connection with nature and the universe and focused on healing attachment, scarcity, survival, and abandonment wounds.  Her growth also led her to pursue this entrepreneurial endeavor that aligns with her desire and ability to serve, and to explore life as an expat in a small Mexican town by the Pacific Ocean, where her soul was undeniably called.

Mission and Vision

Lindsey’s personal and professional experiences have deepened her understanding of human suffering, grief, and resilience.  Throughout her soul’s healing journey, she has integrated phases of mortality, metamorphosis, renewal, and reconnection with nature.  Through tales of love and heartbreak, profound setbacks, and trailblazing new paths, Lindsey became aware that her biggest accomplishments were all preceded by pain.  Over time, she has cultivated the art of holding space, mastered active listening, and developed as a coach, gaining knowledge, tools, and skills in each chapter.

As a personal development coach, Lindsey is here to help you make your life a masterpiece, breathing life into you as you navigate changes. She supports individuals with a vast array of goals, helping them work through inefficiencies, stuck points, limiting beliefs, and disconnection with love. Lindsey’s approach involves reframing the mind, awakening the body through the mind and heart, and partnering with you on your journey of becoming.

She specializes in guiding the development of unconditional self-love, mirroring the wisdom within, and transforming relationships with oneself and among teams and groups.  Lindsey believes that your gift to this world is to uninhibitedly express your true nature and unique energy.  She is devoted to holding the vision that the global collective can awaken to love consciousness, ending suffering as we know it, believing that our purpose is to raise the vibration of the planet.
